Happy Turkey Day?

Greetings and good holiday cheer from the Movement! We are wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. Despite the historical background of the holiday, where Native American communities and cultures were destroyed, we should still take this day (and every other day) to give thanks for those that we have in our lives. It's similar to the N-word in my opinion. It originated as a slur but now some see it as a term of endearment. This "negroswap" as I like to dubb it can be applied to any word, concept, or situation. Meanings are all based off of one's identity/ies and associations. To the extent where a nihilistic observation may occur to all events. However, with nothing given meaning one can argue that nothing can bring joy, pain, humor, or any other of the complex emotions which are present in our psyches. Therefore in the crazy temporal society that we live in there is nothing wrong with applying positive associations and ideals to events which bring people together in a manner where they can break bread and express graciousness for what they have. So the next time you say Fuck Thanksgiving it's not a real holiday or does not deserve to be celebrated, keep in mind the very few things that brings societies together in a positive manner. Just negroswap your previous beliefs and attitudes for one in which you can enjoy the day and piggggg outtttt. Grub On! Movement Out!

Hello to all of you out there in ear box land. We haven't forgotten about any of you or about the music and great things we do. Well we got Federalism of the Forces 4 Eardrums coming at you soon. Its a joint venture of several projects in the post-brainstorm stages, which will begin to take effect in the next several weeks leading to the release of several CD's through the efforts of The C-4 Movement, Karma Kids Studios, and a blossoming new Brooklyn based media magnate S.U.R.E.
